This book is awesome for little children that love books, or even adults. It starts of with a Dewey being very excited about the book fair that was going to be in school the next day. When the book fair arrives, Dewey gets up extra early to walk to school because he has a little push cart ready for all the books he is going to buy at the book fair. When he is at school during buddy time he asks the teacher when they are going to the book fair. When the teacher tell him that they are the last class he is lost for words. He was afraid that there would be no more books left for him. He did everything possible to get their earlier but every time he walked into the library his teacher found him and walked him to the area he should be in. Once he arrived at the book fair all the children were looking for input from him on the different books. When he finally helped all the children he looked around and there was no more books left he panicked, but the librarian whispered to him with a box of books that were saved for him. He was very happy and could not wait to get home to put his nose into the books.

The book is about two friends Eric and Cam that are at the mall waiting for Eric's mother. She also observed who was coming out of the jewelry store. She noticed a couple with a baby and a large rattle as well as two elderly ladies as well as the store owner. Because everyone was shocked on what happened noone knew where to go. When the police arrived they interviewed everyone that saw the robbery happen. People also point to the way where the guy ran from the jewlery store. They finally found the older gentleman and bought him back to the store but he had no diamonds on him so they had to let him go. As he was leaving Cam noticed that he did not go to the middle of the mall as he tried to go when he ran out of the store so Eric and Cam decided to follow him. They stayed behind so it did not look like they were trying to follow him.as they were going down the street the man got to one corner stopped and looked back. He noticed Eric and Cam following him with the baby stroller since he got nervous he waited for them to pass by to make sure they were not following him. Cam sensed something and whispered to Eric to keep going straight past the buy until they notice that he is not watching them anymore. Once they passed the man he turned into a street that is blocked off by barricades because they were doing construction on it. Cam and Eric turned around and peeked aroound the corner to see which house he went into. As they watched Cam came up with the idea that they will crawl to see what he is up to. Once they get to the window they notice the man who they followed and .... You have to read the book to find out who else they saw with the man they followed.
It is a chapter book for second graders and up it is a little mystery and thriller. With this book the children will be able to make their own mystery storie and play them. They can also play the game clue. It is.a very fun book and they also offer pictures with the text to help visualize the story.

Wild About Books
Title: Wild About Books
Author: Judy Sierra
Illustrator: Marc Brown
Copyright date: 2004
The book is very interesting because it talks about a librarian who drove into a zoo and started to read to the animals. The animals liked the reading so much that they decided to start reading on their own. After they conquered that they started writing their own books. After they wrote the books the librarian asked them what they would like to do with them and they said.................... Please pick up the book to find out what they did with the books.
The book is very useful when someone is looking to introduce books into the classroom. It can show children that they can listen to someone read, they can read on their own or they can write their own books or stories. It gives them an imagination and can use creative as well as imagination skills. If they are writing the books it can use critical, brainstorming and many otehr skills. The way this book included the animals and how they also like to read should bring in many young children closer to books.
